We're happy to announce a new version of Sensrad SDK 2.2.0

New features included in the sensrad-sdk-2.2.0

  • Introduction of two shared libraries for integration of the Hugin D1 radar in standalone applications. The libraries are built for x86, ARM and Windows, and separated into radar control and point cloud parsing.

Additional updates to the Oden perception library

  • Improvements of odometry both with respect to run-time and drift
  • New implementation of the free-space algorithm (limited to static objects currently)
  • Publishing of a local-map (from odometry registration)
  • Introducing a new ROS2 node Ymir which fuses odometry information from several radars
  • New hierarchical namespace structure better supporting multi-radar applications
  • Fixed an issue that made visualization to become slow when running for extended periods of time
